The room was spacious, nicely furnished with climate control, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator; great location, close to everything.

We got suite, which was well-appointed. A lot of food items served for good breakfast.

A/C was broken,room was warm bc of these! Maids were rude to me and my girls several times! Too many out of order machines,there was a wet spot on floor n I almost fell and told lady at counter n she was rude about it, when cleaned our room left us no towels!!

The location was good, close to the airport and highway, as well as several area attractions. The staff was efficient and excellent at all times. The room I booked was a decent size, brand-new, and had AC and a nice couch.

Super nice staff at check in. Free shuttle on time in the very early morning.

The hotel was newly remodeled and absolutely great with friendly, attentive staff. The location is close to several area attractions that we wanted to see. We enjoyed spending our evenings in nearby Finnegan's Restaurant, enjoying drinks and the atmosphere.

Location near airport and away from heavy traffic.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. It is very comfortable and offers everything I look for when I'm in Tucson (location, wifi, a sitting area for computer work, a kitchenette/suite, good parking, very friendly & helpful management & staff).

I am unhappy with Booked.net right now, because my reservations did not go through to the hotels at all this last trip. I'd been having problems with my credit card payments but I didn't know it yet. Apparently my credit card-hold didn't work, but I didn't hear any feedback from Booked.net about that. So when I got to my hotels they had no reservations for me at all. I needed to make emergency next-day reservations with another company, which I was very lucky to get in Tucson at high season.

The room here was cozy with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed, offering great service with a tasty breakfast and a refreshing pool.

Beds were comfy and rooms clean, quiet. They tried to put me on 1st floor with dog which worked out great. My stay was good.

Good selection of food but eggs were cold.
